What to Expect During Our Time Together

 

  1. Intention setting – A 60 mins virtual transformational breathwork session will typically begin with a conversation about your intention for the practice. It can be about what you are currently feeling stuck with, what are your current challenges, what would you like to release, or let go of, or what would you like to reclaim or step into. I’ll teach you the breath patterns for it. 
  2. Conscious Breathing – I’ll guide you through approximately 45 minutes of conscious breathing, which you’ll get through lying down. I’ll guide your experience verbally, accompanied by music and some movement depending on what you are here to work through. During the breathing portion, it’s typical that folks experience physical, and emotional responses. You may experience deep states of healing, peacefulness, bliss, feel energized and clear. Clearing stuck emotionality and trauma from the body allows you to move through the world with more freedom, clarity and be in a “flow state”. Each time expect different results. 
  3. Rest & Relax – After breathing you may either choose to share your journey or reflect on your own. I will be there to support and guide you. Relaxing after the experience gives your body a chance to reintegrate the healing. 
  4. Aftercare – Your body and brain continue to process after the session so hydrate, take it easy, get some rest and honor your body’s needs, take a walk in nature, or journal your reflections. Some people report feeling tired, exhausted, and having dreams, allowing all of that stuck energy to move through you. It is absolutely safe, contact me for additional support if needed. 

*If you are new to remote deep body and energy work, do not worry. You will receive an email with the next steps, and forms to fill 24 hour in advance of our session. I am committed to help this experience go as smoothly and lovingly as possible for you and will be there to guide you and support you through it.

I started taking breathwork sessions with Gunjani and it was life-changing experience for me. Virtual Breathwork Pre-Session Prep

  • A computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone that has a camera, I will need to see you in order to ensure safety during the session.
  • A comfortable and quiet place where you will not be disturbed, and feel extremely safe.
  • Feel free to light up your space with candles, incense, sage, use crystals, essential oils, bring a journal and a pen, headphones, eye mask.
  • A couch, a bed, the floor! Anywhere you find comfortable to lie down & feel safe.
  • Blankets, cushions, and anything you need to be comfortable, and most importantly safe.
  • Fill out the consent & prep form below, 24 hours in advance so I can prep for your journey in advance.
