Hi, I’m Gunjani Patel-Oza.
My most important title – is a mother to a very active, and beautiful toddler. I have over 15 years of experience, training, and practice in the field of trauma, and self-actualization.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, EMDR Specialist, Mindful Parenting Coach, Certified Breathwork Healer, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Critical Incident Stress Management Consultant, Certified Reiki Practitioner, Speaker, Writer, and a Podcast host of Traumatic Transformations.
Through my experience of working with trauma and crisis I have seen it over and over that adulthood gives us an opportunity to reparent and raise ourselves the way we needed to be parented when young.
I am committed to supporting people regulate their stress, anxiety and break the unhealthy patterns of their past so they can learn to awaken the peace within them and live a life that is more harmonious, joyous, and connected.
